The Castle
History
The Castello La Rocchetta is located in Sandigliano in the province of Biella, and its origins date back to the 14th century. It was originally built as a defensive bulwark for the town's “Ricetto”, a small fortified area designed to protect the town from attack. The area also contained agricultural products and livestock.
Rooms
The Castello La Rocchetta opens its doors to the public in March 2010. In its suggestive location, it offers its customers two different accommodation formulas, hotel and residence, in 16 magnificent restored apartments equipped with all the comforts.
